Wisconsin Public Power

Pat Cadam and Nick Rothman of Pats Garage and Green Gears converted two vehicles to Plug-in Hybrid for Wisconsin Public Power Institute. WPPI is a large public utility that distributes power to other smaller utilities in the area.
